Athlete Performance Data & Ownership

FieldPro AI empowers athletes through data. When athletes use our partner facilities (such as ONC Labs), performance data — including but not limited to exit velocity, pitch speed, spin rate, launch angle, and similar metrics — may be collected through integrated baseball technologies such as Trackman, HitTrax Pro, and Rapsodo 3.0.

• Athletes retain rights to their identifiable performance data and may request access, correction, or deletion of this data at any time.
• Performance data may be displayed in real time during sessions, even if no FieldPro AI profile has been created.
• Data is linked to a FieldPro AI profile only after an athlete completes a session or assessment.
• We may store, process, and analyze this data to provide training insights, player development tools, and performance benchmarks.

Aggregated & Anonymized Data

We may aggregate and anonymize performance data so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify an individual. This aggregated and anonymized data may be:

• Used for internal analytics, product development, and benchmarking
• Licensed or shared with trusted third parties such as scouts, researchers, sports organizations, equipment manufacturers, and training facilities
• Used for industry research, trend analysis, and other lawful commercial purposes
• Used for marketing purposes, such as publishing anonymized statistics (e.g., leaderboard rankings, top performance metrics) on our website, social media, or other promotional channels

When using performance data for marketing purposes, we will not include identifiable personal information without your explicit consent. If you provide consent, we may include your full name alongside the performance data. Without consent, we may use a partially anonymized format such as “John S., Exit Velocity, 89 MPH” or similar.

The use of aggregated and anonymized data does not require additional consent, as it cannot be linked back to any identifiable individual.

Sharing Identifiable Data

We will not sell or share identifiable personal or performance data with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

You have full control over how your identifiable information is shared through your player profile privacy settings. These settings allow you to:

• Show or hide specific performance data or session history
• Manage your public profile visibility
• Control contact preferences, including limiting or preventing communication from schools, scouts, or recruiters

• College and professional scouts or recruiters
• Research institutions or sports organizations
