Athlete Performance Data & Ownership

FieldPro AI is designed to empower athletes through data. When athletes use our partner facilities like ONC Labs, performance data (e.g. exit velocity, pitch speed, spin rate) may be collected through third-party baseball technologies such as Trackman, HitTrax Pro, and Rapsodo 3.0.

  • Athletes retain rights to their performance data and may request access to or deletion of this data at any time.
  • Performance data is displayed in real-time during sessions, even if no FieldPro AI profile has been created.
  • Data is only saved and linked to a FieldPro AI profile after a player completes an assessment.
  • FieldPro AI uses athlete data solely to support player development, performance tracking, and exposure.

We are committed to transparency and using performance data solely for the benefit of athlete development and advancement.

Interpretation

The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

  • Athlete performance data may be collected during training sessions using integrated technologies such as Trackman, HitTrax Pro, and Rapsodo 3.0. This data may include metrics like swing speed, exit velocity, pitch movement, and other development-related insights.
  • Data collected is used exclusively to support athlete training, performance analysis, and long-term development. It is never sold or used for third-party marketing.
